AM 180Reading Research Papers in Applied Mathematics
Introduces students to current research literature in various fields of applied mathematics. Students are assigned to read each week one recent research paper by an AM faculty or adjunct faculty, and must prepare questions on the topic to discuss with the faculty.
Prerequisite(s): AM 100 or AM 114 or AM 129. Enrollment is restricted to applied mathematics majors and minors.
