Introduction to social entrepreneurship abroad. This is a highly interactive class that focuses on learning leadership and collaboration principles while solving community issues in the context of a global seminar. Covers how to research community needs and how to build sustainable businesses using lean startup business development models. Concurrent with CRWN 94G (Eco-Entrepreneurship), which provides real-world case studies of a variety of eco-entrepreneurship businesses. CRWN 94 encourages studies to apply the social entrepreneurship skills learned in CRWN 92G to create innovative solutions or to optimize the local case studies reviewed in the class.
