Introduction to semiconductor devices and integrated circuits, focusing on transistor operation, biasing, small-signal models, frequency response, feedback, and operational amplifiers, with emphasis on the design and analysis of analog integrated circuits. In some quarters, the course is taught in conjunction with ECE 171. Students cannot receive credit for this course and ECE 171.
