ECON 210BMathematical Methods for Economic Analysis

A course in introductory mathematical economics which covers standard optimization problems, difference and differential equations, optimal control theory, decisions under uncertainty, game theory, and stochastic calculus. ECON 210A or equivalent is strongly recommended as preparation. Enrollment is restricted to Ph.D. students in economics or by permission of the instructor.
