Relying on the collaborative expertise of an Egyptologist and a Victorian studies scholar, this course explores aspects of ancient Egypt that exploded into popular Western literature, art, film and other media in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Satisfies the literature major Pre-1750 distribution requirement.
